Software helps prepare your case. It never approves one. A licensed doctor reads your assessment, decides what is appropriate — which may be no medication at all — and records why.
Kept in the UAE, opened only with a reason
Your record is stored in the UAE and does not leave it. Every time someone opens it, that access is logged and cannot be edited afterwards.

- Your full assessment, so their decision is an informed one.

- The signed prescription and how to prepare it — not your whole record.

- A delivery address and handling instructions. Never a diagnosis.
What we will never do
Some rules are too important to leave to a checkbox. These are enforced by how WASFA is built.
- No automatic decisions
- No case is approved by software. Every decision names the doctor who made it.
- No controlled medicines online
- Medicines that need in-person care are never prescribed remotely here. The system cannot do it, whoever is signed in.
- Nothing prescribed before review
- You can save treatments to discuss, but prescription treatments are never sold or dispensed until your doctor has decided.
This is not an emergency service
Cases are reviewed within our service times, not in real time. For anything sudden, severe or life-threatening, call 998 or go to your nearest emergency department.
If an assessment shows something that needs urgent attention, it pauses and points you to help straight away — before anything else.
