Your health information is stored and processed in the UAE. It is not sent outside the country.

Clinicians see cases without your name until they open your file, and every opening is recorded — so who saw your record, and when, is always known.

Health information never appears in system logs. Anything not explicitly permitted is dropped, not masked.

We ask for your consent before collecting health information and record what you agreed to and when. To change or withdraw it, message us from your care space and we will tell you what each choice affects.
