What this service is
WASFA connects a patient completing a structured clinical assessment with a licensed clinician who reviews it and records a decision. The platform does not itself provide medical advice and does not decide any case.
What this service is not
It is not an emergency service, it does not guarantee that any treatment will be prescribed, and it does not replace in-person examination where that is clinically necessary.
Using the service
By creating an account you agree to give accurate health information, to use the service only for yourself, and to seek emergency care directly when something is urgent. We may update these terms; the current version is always the one on this page.
